Rules and guidelines for using Sound AI
Welcome to Sound AI, a mobile application provided by Guotren Apps ("Company," "we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Sound AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Sound AI. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account & Security
You may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@guotrenapps.com of any unauthorized use.
3. AI-Generated Content
3.1 Creation Process
Sound AI allows you to input prompts, lyrics, or stylistic choices to generate original songs and accompanying video clips using artificial intelligence. The App processes your inputs and delivers generated media.
3.2 Ownership & License
- Your Inputs: You retain ownership of the prompts and original content you provide.
- Generated Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share the AI-generated songs and clips for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
- Our Rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated generation data to improve our AI models. We do not claim ownership of your specific outputs.
3.3 No Guarantee of Uniqueness
AI-generated content may resemble other outputs. We make no warranty that any generated song or clip is entirely unique or free from similarities to existing works.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Input prompts that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringe third-party rights.
- Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or explicit material without proper age-gating (where applicable).
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or App code.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to overload our servers.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its UI, branding, underlying algorithms, and software are owned by Guotren Apps and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited licenses explicitly stated herein.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guotren Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or creative output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guotren Apps and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Sound AI at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. Upon termination, the license to use generated content survives for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise revoked.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via the App or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
