Welcome to Sound AI ("the App"), developed by Guotren Apps ("we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our service to create AI-generated songs and video clips.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account data: email, display name (if you sign up).
- Creative inputs: text prompts, lyrics, style selections for AI song and clip generation.
- Communications: messages sent to support@guotrenapps.com.
1.2 Automatic Collection
- Device model, OS, identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), IP address, usage data, crash logs.
- Generation history and interaction metrics to improve AI quality.
1.3 AI Processing
Your prompts and generated outputs are processed on secure cloud infrastructure. We do not use your private content to train base models without explicit consent.

- Deliver AI-generated songs and clips.
- Personalize your creative experience.
- Improve app performance and model accuracy.
- Provide customer support.
- Send optional marketing communications (with consent).
- Ensure security and prevent fraud.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Limited sharing occurs with:
- Cloud and AI inference providers (under strict contracts).
- Legal authorities when required by law.
- Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics.

We use encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256) and retain data only as long as necessary. Generated content is stored up to 90 days for re-download, then purged automatically.
7. AI Processing and Face Data
Our application allows users to voluntarily upload photographs and images in order to use AI-powered features and generate requested results. Uploaded images may contain images of people, including their faces.
Information We Process
When a user chooses to use an AI-powered feature, we may process:
- Photographs or images voluntarily selected or uploaded by the user;
- Visual information contained in those images, which may include facial features if a person's face appears in the image;
- Information necessary to process the image and generate the requested AI output.
We do not create or maintain biometric identifiers, facial recognition profiles, facial templates, or databases designed to identify individuals.
Purpose of Processing
Uploaded images are processed solely to provide the AI-powered functionality requested by the user, such as generating, transforming, enhancing, or modifying an image.
Facial information contained in an uploaded image is processed only as part of the image itself and only when necessary to generate the result requested by the user.
Third-Party AI Processing
To provide AI-powered functionality, selected images may be transmitted to Gemini, our third-party AI service provider.
The information transmitted may include:
- The image selected by the user;
- Visual information contained in the image, including facial information where applicable;
- Technical information required to process the request.
We require our service providers to process user information only for the purpose of providing the requested service and to protect such information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.
User Consent
Before an image containing personal information is transmitted to a third-party AI service provider, the application informs the user about the data that will be transmitted and the third party that will receive it.
The application obtains the user's explicit consent before such information is transmitted for AI processing.
Users may choose not to provide consent. If consent is not provided, the relevant AI-powered feature will not process or transmit the selected image.
Storage and Retention
Uploaded images are not permanently stored.
Images processed through our AI service are retained for 90 days (the duration of processing and re-download availability), after which they are deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Gemini may temporarily process or store the submitted information according to its applicable data processing and retention practices.
We do not maintain a database of facial information and do not retain facial information separately from the image submitted by the user.
AI Model Training
User-uploaded photographs and facial information are not used to train AI models.
Neither we nor our service providers may use such information for advertising or user identification purposes unless separately disclosed to the user and permitted under applicable law.
Sharing of Information
- We do not sell facial information or biometric information.
- We do not share facial information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or identification purposes.
- Images may only be shared with service providers necessary to perform the AI processing requested by the user, including Gemini.
Deletion
Uploaded images and any facial information contained within them are deleted in accordance with the retention periods described above.
Users may also request deletion of personal information associated with their use of the application by contacting us at support@guotrenapps.com.
Where applicable, we will also instruct our service providers to delete associated personal information in accordance with applicable law and contractual requirements.
