Welcome to Activity Magic: Kids Activities (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile app that lets parents photograph any location and receive AI‑generated activity guides for children.
Images (Photos): You take or upload a photo of a location. The image is temporarily sent to our secure AI servers solely to generate kid‑friendly activity ideas. We do NOT store your photos permanently — images are deleted immediately after the AI response is generated (typically within seconds). No facial recognition is performed.
Camera & Gallery Access: With your permission, the app accesses camera or photo library only for the selected photo. You can revoke access anytime.
Usage Data: Anonymous statistics (feature usage, request volume, crash reports) help us improve the app. This data cannot identify you.
No Account, No Tracking: We never ask for email, name, or payment info. We do NOT collect GPS location, IP geo-location, or real-time location.

The app is intended for parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Any AI‑generated content should be reviewed by an adult before use. If we discover child data was inadvertently provided, we delete it immediately.
We use TLS encryption, automatic image deletion, and firewall protections. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Since we don’t retain personal data, there is no persistent profile to delete. For questions or support‑related data, contact support@guotrenapps.com. You may also uninstall the app anytime.
We may update this policy. Continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be notified in the app.
