3. Photos & AI Processing
This section is especially important given the nature of our App:
Temporary Processing: Photos you upload are transmitted securely to our AI servers for processing. Once the makeover preview and DIY guide are generated, the original and processed images are automatically deleted from our active processing servers within 24 hours unless you explicitly choose to save them within the App.
In-App Storage: If you save a "before & after" result within the App, those images are stored locally on your device and optionally in your private iCloud account if you have iCloud sync enabled. We do not retain copies on our servers beyond the processing period.
No Human Review: Your photos are processed exclusively by automated AI systems. We do not employ human reviewers to look at your images unless you explicitly share them with our support team for troubleshooting purposes.

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
The renewal cost will be shown before purchase.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal after purchase in your App Store account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
If a subscription includes a free trial, it will automatically renew according to the selected plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App, and such parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By uploading photos to the App, you:

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated designs, DIY guides, cost estimates, material lists, or time projections.
Warranties regarding the safety or feasibility of any DIY project suggested by the App.

Financial losses from inaccurate cost estimates or material recommendations.
Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.
Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated design previews.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
